ʻUhane ships within the United States only at this time. All orders are fulfilled from Hawaiʻi. Orders over $125 ship free.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During drop launches, processing may take up to 7 business days due to the hand-finishing process on each piece. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number when it ships.
Shipping Method All orders ship via USPS. Mainland orders ship at a flat rate of $8.95.
Estimated Delivery 5–7 business days after your order ships. Delivery times may vary based on your location and USPS conditions. Tracking information will be provided so you can follow your order every step of the way.
Hawaiʻi Orders We are proud to ship locally across the islands. Hawaiʻi orders ship at a flat rate of $6.95 and typically arrive within 2–4 business days after processing.
RETURNS
We stand behind every piece we make. If something isn’t right, we want to make it right.
Eligibility Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we will cover the return shipping in full.
Exchanges We are happy to exchange for a different size if available. Exchanges are subject to our current inventory. Email us at [email protected] to check availability before initiating an exchange.
Final Sale Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and a photo. We will resolve it promptly.
